Who We Are<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Culpeper County Democratic Committee (CCDC) is your local connection to Democrats in Virginia, and all across America. We work to get Democratic candidates on the ballot, to get out the vote and to maximize Democrats’ participation in the greater Culpeper community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am an American. I am a Democrat.<\/strong>

I believe in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A government of, by, and for the people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quality, affordable public education, including universal pre-school and post-secondary career preparatory options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Affordable health care, including reproductive rights for women and mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Economic opportunity and prosperity for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Respect for science and the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Protection and promotion of every American\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s right to vote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A fair and equitable criminal justice system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sensible immigration reform that promotes the American Dream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will vote for peace. I will vote for human rights.

Mission<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

CCDC organizes and mobilizes Culpeper County voters to successfully choose their elected officials through the recruitment and active support of local, state, and federal candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CCDC is steered by an executive committee whose six officers serve a two-year term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
